Excavation, Lot Clearing and Site Development
The bulk of our business is excavation and we do it well. One of our mainstays in the excavation business is site preparation and site development. We take pride in developing a bare piece of ground into a nice home site or commercial location. We work closely with property owners, builders and designers to ensure the job is done right from start to finish.
On-Site Waste System Installation
James Drayton Trucking and Excavating is well versed and experienced in installation of new on site waste management systems/ septic systems. We can help with your site evaluation test holes, and system location areas. We have installed many systems throughout the area ranging from standard gravity systems to more complex pressurized systems. We can also install the Orenco Advantex alternative treatment technology (ATT) system. ATT systems often will be approved for use on sites that do not qualify for a standard system, which can make a previously denied parcel eligible for an onsite waste system permit. Landscape Supplies
We stock a wide variety of landscaping supplies in our yard at 2020 SE HWY 101 in Lincoln City. We carry both round and crushed rock of various types, boulders, topsoil, compost, several types of bark products, tub grindings/hog fuel, mason sand, beach sand, fill sand, red lava rock and several sizes of “hand” rock.
